Luis Artigue made his debut in fiction with El viajero se ha ido, como es lógico (The traveller has gone away, logically, Linteo 2003). In this novel Artigue recreated the bohemian life in the Paris of the roaring twenties. He won the Premio Joven de Narrativa Fundación UCM with his second novel Las perlas del loco ventura (The Pearls of the Mad Fortune, Edaf 2007). His third novel is La mujer de nadie (The Woman of no one, Linteo 2008). His poetic work, for which he was awarded the Esquío Prize and given the Ojo Crítico Prize by Radio Nacional de España, is all gathered in the volume Empezar por número tres: Poesía 1995-2005 (Starting with Number Three: Poetry 1995-2005, Ed. Provincia). Later on he published the books of poetry: Los lugares intactor (Pretextos, 2008) and La noche del eclipse tú (Visor, 2010).
