Francisco Marco Fernández is a doctor in criminal law, a lawyer, a master in company law, and a private detective.
Francisco Marco has managed the best detective agency in Spain for 25 years, Método 3, famous for having intervened in the most emblematic cases in the last ten years in Spain: the Forum Filatélico case, Malaya, Intervida, Madelein McCann or Paesa.
He is the author of the first Code of Private Security Agreed and Commented (Código de Seguridad Privada concordado y comentado), and of the books Control in Business and Intervida: the conspiracy against the NGO (El Control en la Empresa y Intervida: el complot contra la ONG). He’s also written a multitude of legal articles about private detectives and their legal statute.
