Iñigo Ramírez del Haro is an Aeronautical Engineer, Diplomat, Philologist, Philosophy PhD student, and writer. As a playwright, actor, and director, he has premiered more than twenty plays in Europe, America, and Africa, and has been translated into multiple languages. His works range from the early ones such as "Hoy no puedo trabajar porque estoy enamorado" (Today I Can't Work Because I'm in Love) or "Extinción" (Extinction) to the very recent ones like "Tu arma secreta contra la celulitis rebelde" (Your Secret Weapon Against Stubborn Cellulite) or "Trágala, trágala" performed at the Teatro Español in Madrid. His upcoming premiere will be "La caída del Imperio humano" (The Fall of the Human Empire). He has written about the fascinating world of aristocracy in tragicomedies such as "La duquesa al hoyo… y la viuda al bollo" and the essay "El caso Medina Sidonia, teoría y práctica del ducado más antiguo de España" (The Case of Medina Sidonia, Theory and Practice of the Oldest Duchy in Spain).
He is the 20th Marquess of Cazaza in Africa, a title granted by a dying Queen Isabella I in 1504 to the third Duke of Medina Sidonia, for conquering the city where Boabdil sought refuge after losing Granada and shedding tears.
