Llerena Perozo Porteiro (Vigo, 1974) has built a vibrant career in the cultural sphere over the past thirty years. In 2020, she made a radical life change: she left her job, her apartment in Santiago de Compostela, and her urban lifestyle behind to start a new life on a farm in the heart of Galicia. Since then, she has contributed to various Galician media outlets and published two novels. The Quiet Years is her first work written in Spanish.
