Esmeralda Romero (Madrid, 1991) is a Spanish author specializing in romance novels. She currently lives in her hometown and holds a degree in Physiotherapy, a profession she had to leave due to an injury.

Passionate about reading and particularly interested in the psychological depth of characters, she began writing her own stories as a way to bring to life the emotional nuances she most enjoyed as a reader.

In 2020, she self-published her debut novel, One More Turn Around the Sun, which launched the Firmament Series, followed by The Moon Knows Your Name (2020) and The Sky Is Only the Beginning (2021). Since then, she has continued to build a steady career in contemporary romance.

In 2022, inspired by her love of medical dramas, she wrote To See You Smile, a romance novel set in a hospital that marked the beginning of the Doctors Series. Her latest novel, Everything With You, is the second installment in this series.
