The protagonist, Thea Nimkin, receives the assignment from the specialized magazine, Factory, to make a series of write-ups based on vampire reality. The investigation will center on two main themes: first, the program known as PYP (Pale Yoke Program), attributed to the Pentagon; and second, for the search of Sarah Rubin, an authority in the matter. Thea will have to travel to Rome and will be admitted into a very special circle, which will change her life.
