Dana, a young farmer, is summoned by a mysterious Master and taken to the Tower, in the remote Valley of the Wolves. In times gone by, the Tower was a brilliant school of high sorcery, but today only three people live there. Besides the Master himself and the cook, the only apprentice studying in the Tower is a shy elf with a dark past. Dana has secrets as well. Kai is always by her side, her best friend, her confidante, her protector… a boy only she can see. Whilst she becomes initiated in the mysteries of the Tower’s ancient magic, Dana discovers that an old curse hangs over the place…
