In a small northern village, while the country is immersed in the Civil War, the teacher has disappeared without leaving a trace. His students, Blanca, Yago, Fátima and David, do not resign to his absence and begin to look for him without realizing what they are getting into.

A notebook with the teacher's writing, his books with his jottings, a map and the mysterious lighthouse keeper will provide key clues. Through the books they will begin to learn about the teacher's true life and will be seduced by the murmur of the history of literature.
