How would your life be if you only existed six months a year?

Hana meets Ro. Ro meets Hana.

Hana is this half-Korean girl who delivers orders from her parents’ wok restaurant, and Ro suddenly appears. Ro is as tall as Madrid and the streetlights. Hana and Ro’s story begins like this: a fight. A supermarket. The broken door of a dirty bathroom. An electronic piano and eight named plants. It’s shabby and awkward, like everything, but it’s beautiful. It’s normal. During that summer, Hana thinks, “this could last forever.”

Hana falls asleep on August 31st.

When she wakes up, Ro is gone. Ro doesn’t exist. No one remembers her, no one seems to have known her. Everything related to her has disappeared, and the only one who remembers her now is Hana.
