Humphrey
Editorial: PROVISIONAL.
Named after a Hollywood star from the golden age of classical film, we are introduced to this story’s main character. He is a champion swimmer, but full of vanity, narcissism, and egocentric, as well as having other peculiar traits and peculiar attributes to his personality, which lead him to become the protagonist of a television show. This character is not a human being but through his contact with humans, he has acquired certain traits which he copies in his every day behavior. If the protagonist is not human, what is he then? Quite simply, Humprey is an elephant seal whose ego takes a battering the day he falls irredeemably in love. This story is conceived for children age eight and above, who will enjoy Humphrey’s “crazy” adventures.
