Las máscaras de Florencia
Three friends acquire an enigmatic artifact in antiques shop in Haiti: a human skull very similar to that of Pinocchio in Collodi’s story. As soon as they return to their respective countries—Antonio to Mexico, Mark to England and Federico to Italy— all three start investigating what could lie hidden behind the mysterious find, with out knowing that this artifact will determine their lives. Sudden love, betrayals and disappearances will drive them to Florence: the palaces, the crypts and the back alleys of that city hide an enigma that they had been looking for since the start. With an intrigue in the form of an intelligent game, this novel shows us that marionettes can become people and people turn into actors that interpret scripts they that are unfamiliar with.
